How to overcome shyness?

Some of us have known shyness since a young age, others have become shy through particular experiences. But in any case, there is a solution. The physical reaction of our body to experiences on „shyness,“ where our throat becomes blocked and tight, where our hands begin to sweat, and our knees become unstable. But this is not insurmountable; there is a simple exercise to help you to get over it.

„I am too shy to talk to anyone.“ Repeat this phrase like a mantra for three days silently in the back of your head. Write down your feelings in a diary after three days start talking to people who do not particularly interest you. Start conversations about small things. Be in a constant flow of communicating with your environment.

Write all down in your diary. After some days try to talk to people, you would generally be scared of talking to. Be conscious of your fears, but push yourself through it.
